1. have to be 100% relaxed. not forced al all, no tension in deltoid.
2. breathe.
3. use live video you tube vids to help.
4. try to slide one finger instead of using multiple fingers.
5. tiny short stroke soft picking motion - you should barely hear the note play when practicing with unplugged electric guitar
6. For 32nd note tremolo, barely pull ring finger away. Barely lift it off the fret board. Minimize the combined mileage that your finger has to travel.
7. seems like rest forearm on body for bass notes and pluck almost over the fret board, then rest palm on bridge and hit treble notes less than an inch away from the bridge <--- have a feeling it's probably simpler than this.
